Iron on Medium 48GSM Tear away stabiliser for embroidery Item will be folded and sent in a zip lock bag as pictured, Non Woven Oeko-tex certified Chlorine free bleached Material:75% Cellulose, 25% Synth fibers Stretch fabrics can be distorted during embroidery, which is why an iron on embroidery non woven stabiliser is essential, The Ironed on non woven gives fabrics with a high percentage of elastane a higher degree of firmness and prevents fabrics distorting during the embroidery process Use:Iron on the wrong side of the fabric with the shiny side facing the fabric you want to adhere it to, Ironing temperature, ironing time and ironing pressure depend on the fabric to be embroidered and its design. Temperature, time and the pressure should be high enough, and the ironing time should be long enough to ensure that the backing bonds slightly with the fabric for the embroidery process, but does not completely melt. Please do some tests to find out the right temperature before beginning production. While all irons and heat presses can vary slightly below is a guide of temperatures:Fine / medium knitted fabrics:Iron: 3-5 seconds / up to 120 CHeat press: 2 seconds / 120 Cwork with slight pressure, to avoid residues of glue after having torn away the backing.
